First time visitor and first gig of 2021 at this delightful quirky venue. The decor is interesting, plenty to admire while enjoying one of a fair range of beers. All the staff I interacted with were so friendly and the service very efficient, even when dealing with table service and people coming up to the bar. The upstairs space is a good size, and the sound for the gig worked out really well. Will definitely visit again. Thanks for a brill night!
Worth the travel time from central London. Up the narrow stairs at the back of the ground floor room is a surprisingly large club/music venue. Great sized stage with good lighting and unexpectedly good sound for such a odd shaped room - it a venue I’ll be visiting again.
I just dropped in for a quick shot on the go and left. They were quick, didn't slow me down... Just the way I like it. Big love
Great venue with a hidden upstairs venue that offers live music followed by a DJ. Great variety of music & the bar is very well stocked at very reasonable prices. Amazing night had but beware ID on entry is vital.
No food. This venue is all about live music! Bands, Singers, DJs , parties! Great atmosphere and great fun! Also shows sport downstairs and has 2 bars with a good selection of drinks.
Great place to hang around. I was able to be on a heavy metal / punk concert and it was great. First thing that surprised me was the space. Ground floor very tiny but a lot of room to sit, and service with a tiny bar, very nice. Then I discovered another floor there! Awesome place, I liked the interior decor with all the posters and skulls and statues at the bar. Great music and great service. - Average prices for drinks. Overall, recommended.
Must go place to watch Cricket Match. All inclusive package with multiple screens, DJ, Breakfast, Lunch.
Live music is back! Love this place. Been going here for over 20 years and not much has changed (in a good way). Very much an Indie/Rock/Student vibe and it stays open late. Get there early or you'll pay a few quid to get in.
